Perhaps Media, Inc. was started in 2004 by childhood friends Joshua Katcher and Melissa Fornabaio. Since that time we have worked for countless networks and organizations creating outstanding video and media. From broadcast television to web video – from PSAs and music videos to documentaries and art installations, our pre, production, and post crews can conceive and execute outstanding, thoughtful, and breathtaking work.

Perhaps Media President, Joshua Katcher studied Art Video at Syracuse University, and Environmental Studies at SUNY ESF. He has directed exceptional actors like Amy Sedaris, produced some of the most infamous Reality Television, and strives to work on projects and with organizations that value environmentalism, animal advocacy, and social justice. Joshua has produced and/or directed various shows for PBS, CurrentTV, MTV, FUSE, and Animal Planet, and has created media for non-profits like Lambda Legal, The Alliance for Climate Protection, PETA, Farm Sanctuary, and Gay Mens’ Health Crisis.

In addition to Perhaps Media, Inc, Katcher started “The Discerning Brute”, an internet magazine covering “fashion, food, and etiquette for the ethically handsome man” as a resource for intelligent men who want to make more ethical lifestyle choices. As a host on Discerning Brute TV, Joshua Katcher has worked with talent such as Tim Gunn of Projet Runway, and designer Todd Oldham. Katcher is also an accomplished ceramic sculptor and video artist.
